Plot
The movie follows Miami detectives Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) as they face new challenges. They're being chased by a tough U.S. Marshal, Judy Howard (played by Rhea Seehorn), who's determined to catch them.
As they deal with this, they discover a dangerous plan involving a powerful gang leader (played by Joyner Lucas) and their old friend Captain Conrad Howard (Joe Pantoliano) is in trouble too. Along the way, they also face their own problems and secrets from the past, testing their friendship and loyalty.
